The client had their heart set on the location so they decided to knock down the existing single storey dwelling and re-built a new stylish double storey home.

The dwelling has a rare design featuring the kitchen and dining/living on the first floor, leading out to an Alfresco Balcony. Combining stunning finishes with space and natural light, this designer home offers a master and two bedrooms, with each including a B.I.R, all located on the ground floor. The Design also features an under-roof and under-stair storage including wine store and a separate laundry.

Due to its unique design and location this project had to go through numerous procedures for the approval of its construction.
