TOWN PLANNING & UNIT DEVELOPMENT

Many developments require town planning services prior to construction. We can organise pre-application meetings with town planners, at the required council for direction on designing your project. Town planning can be a slow process; however we do deal with councils daily and have had many successful results with receiving a town planning permit.

We look after the application for you from the time we lodge your plans to receiving the final decision from the required council. When it comes to unit development we can provide a variety of styles which include, new rear units, dual occupancies and multi-unit developments.

Client’s requirements, adjoining neighbors and the size of the property are all taken into consideration when designing a multi-unit development.

EXTENSIONS & RENOVATIONS

These days if you want to extend your family or just want the extra space; extensions are the way to go.

Ultimate Design & Drafting will complete designs for renovations or extension to any type of an existing dwellings. Whether you’re extending outwards, upwards or just wanting to change the internal lay out, we can provide a suitable concept for you, this could help avoid you the trouble of moving homes.

We certify what can work according to the title boundaries and the council regulations. We can organise the complete process of documentation to ensure you a granted permit from the council. Making it a smooth process for you to extend your home.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Ultimate Design & Drafting will meet directly with you, for the first consultation at no charge, to understand the requirements of your new project. We will then provide you with a free quotation, which will summarise all stages of your development.

If we have met your approval, our designers and chosen builders (if applicable), will consult directly with you. The will endeavor that your project will become a finished success.

We can also organise the following for you: permits, engineering requirements, soil testing relocation surveys and thermal assessments.

We have a close relationship with our engineering companies, building and land surveyors, which can provide a stress free and efficient process for our clients. This enables us to have a fast turn a around in a shorter time frame for completing the project.

JB Energy specializes in 6 Star House Energy Rating Reports. Our assessors are highly skilled with the FirstRare 5 software to provide thermal performances which comply with building code of Australia. They are accredited by Building Design Association of Victoria (BDAV) and Sustainability Victoria.
