The Client approached Ultimate Design & Drafting wanting to build town houses. Having to knock down the existing dwelling the client wanted double storey dwellings, so they had enough room for their family of four in one of the units.
Being in a prime location they didn’t want to move elsewhere and wanted to think smart about their investment. Both units have master bedrooms, with two bedrooms, a study, and large living space. Even though they are town house, both units include an alfresco area, being the latest trend. Not only did Ultimate Design & Drafting create enough space for the family of four but it also got Town Planning Approval for this new modern design, with great style and functionality.
