Having just brought a complete apartment in the outskirts of the Docklands Melbourne, the client wasn’t satisfied with the apartment structure, therefore they came to Ultimate Design & Drafting to achieve their New York style dream apartment.

After pulling down the existing layout, it gave Ultimate Design and the client the opportunity to start from scratch with an empty shell. Together with Ultimate Design, the client and their chosen Interior Designer, we came up with the layout, internal designs and colour schemes to bring this apartment back to life.

Ultimate Design enjoyed the challenge of designing internals with different characteristics. The apartment features a massive living /dining area adjacent with a stylish kitchen. There are three bedrooms which includes the Master, that are all accompanied with marble designer bathrooms.
