Being that the land was in a great location, the clients didn’t want to move or renovate, but to create the perfect home for them in an ideal area. Ultimate Design & Drafting managed to work with council to get a Town Planning Permit to construct this beautiful new home. Having an existing Single Storey on the property, Town Planning was required to propose an entire New Dwelling.

The new home now includes a designer master bedroom, a study and a large living and alfresco area, with the first floor having three large bedrooms.
