The Client came to Ultimate Design & Drafting wanting to refresh the look of their home, along with completing an extension. We designed the small extension to the Kitchen and Living area, making it more spacious and appearing renewed.

The exterior was flat and lifeless and we managed to design a new and improved look for front of the dwelling. Going for a design that is modern but yet still suitable for the neighborhood. Giving the house a slick and clean finish.
