This house has been part of our client’s family for many years, they wanted to extend the home rather than build a new house. The single storey home was extended to the rear of the dwelling and upwards, creating a second storey.

We put the client’s needs and ideas together with Ultimate Design & Drafting’s to create a suitable home for them. When it came to extending the ground floor, we designed the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas to be more spacious making it one whole area instead of individual rooms. This created a great entertainment area and allowed ample space for a growing family. The newly renovated home now has two extra bedrooms, with a bathroom and includes a study on the first floor.
