This house was an existing single storey dwelling with not enough space. Our client wanted a more livable area, more bedrooms and a great outdoor entertainment area. Ultimate Design & Drafting was able to put the client’s ideas into one concept. Creating a much larger Kitchen/Living area with a refined outdoor area for entertainment needs. We also followed the client’s idea of extending the home upwards, creating the second storey. This gave the opportunity to have three Bedrooms with a large bathroom and one of the rooms with an ensuite and walk in robe.

After having plans completed to the clients satisfactory, the home was built by New Level Construction Group, recommended by Ultimate Design & Drafting.
